Mauro Crippa

Italian journalist and Director General of Mediaset information

Mauro Crippa (1959) is an Italian journalist, Director General of Mediaset information. He is a member of the board of directors of Mediaset, RTI, Il Giornale and Class Financial Network (CFN) and holds the role of Advisor within the General Council of Confindustria Radio Television.

As head of communications for Mediaset, Crippa received the International Magna Grecia Award on behalf of President Fedele Confalonieri, on the occasion of the fourth Magna Grecia Week held in Rio de Janeiro, in 2000.

On that occasion, the International Magna Grecia Association, chaired by Nino Foti, intended to award the Award in recognition of the commitment of the large television network to the in-depth analysis of the migration phenomenon between Italy and Brazil. In that year, in fact, Mediaset purchased and broadcast on the Italian national channel Rete 4 Terra Nostra, a soap opera produced by the Brazilian giant Rete Globo that reconstructed the events of the great Italian emigration to Brazil in the early twentieth century.

Benedetta Rinaldi

"Journalist and TV Popularizer"

Since 2004 she has been a member of the Order of Journalists of Lazio as a freelance journalist. She made her TV debut on Rai 1 as a correspondent for the religious study program A Sua immagine, of which she will also host some episodes in 2008.[In 2007 she hosts the magazine dedicated to cinema Off Hollywood on Rai 1 and collaborates with RomaSette, an insert of Avvenire, for which she writes articles on the social and youth world.

In 2009 she arrives at Rai 3, where she hosts the Rai talk show Educational Gap - Generazioni alla prova, produced by Giovanni Minoli. In 2011 she hosts Italia chiama Italia on Rai International and participates in Porta a Porta Prima serata with Bruno Vespa. From June 4 to September 7, 2012, with her first conduction, she presents Unomattina Estate together with Gerardo Greco on Rai 1. Since 2013, she has presented the program for Italians abroad Comunity - L'altra Italia broadcast daily throughout the world on the international channel of Italian radio and television Rai Italia, together with Alessio Aversa.

Since September 11, 2017, she has hosted the winter version of Unomattina together with Franco Di Mare, replacing Francesca Fialdini. She was confirmed as the host of the program also in the 2018-2019 season, but excluded for the following season. From September 7, 2020, she returns to Rai 3 to host Elisir, together with Michele Mirabella.

Debora Rosciani

"Radio24's top speaker"

Debora Rosciani is an Italian journalist and radio host, known for her work in the information field and for her direct and incisive communication style. She is particularly recognized for her participation in radio programs that deal with current affairs, economics and politics. Born in Ancona on 8/6/1969. She has been a professional journalist since February 2003.

She took her first steps in journalism in the Marche region, working until 1997 as an editor and presenter of the TG on the private TV channel TVRS and of the Gr of Radio Cuore. She has collaborated with various newspapers and radio stations, but has gained notoriety mainly thanks to her work on Radio 24, where she has become a reference figure. On these stations, she has dealt with topics of social and economic relevance, helping to inform and shape Italian public opinion.

In addition to her work on the radio, Debora Rosciani has also been involved in television broadcasts, participating in talk shows and in-depth programs, where she has demonstrated attention to critical analysis and the dissemination of complex issues. Her career is characterized by a strong commitment to providing clear and accessible information, aiming to stimulate reflection and debate on the issues of greatest interest to society.

Piero Sansonetti

Direttore de “L’Unita” e storico Giornalista

Si iscrive al PCI nel 1971, di cui dirige la sezione universitaria romana durante gli anni di piombo, e rimane iscritto fino allo scioglimento del partito. Ha cominciato a lavorare a l'Unità nel 1975, prima come cronista, poi come notista politico e caporedattore. Dal 1990 al 1994 è stato vicedirettore e condirettore dello stesso giornale. Poi si è trasferito per un paio d'anni negli Stati Uniti, da dove è stato il corrispondente fino al 1996, quando è tornato in Italia per ricoprire nuovamente la carica di condirettore. Dal 1998 è inviato e commentatore, e si occupa soprattutto di politica italiana e di esteri.

Dal 1º ottobre 2004 all'11 gennaio 2009 è direttore di Liberazione, il quotidiano del Partito della Rifondazione Comunista. Da febbraio 2009 ha iniziato una collaborazione per il quotidiano Il Riformista. Dal 24 luglio 2010 è direttore del quotidiano d'informazione regionale Calabria Ora.

Dal 12 aprile 2016 al 29 marzo 2019 è stato direttore della nuova testata giornalistica Il Dubbio di Bolzano, che fa capo al Consiglio Nazionale Forense, creando forti critiche da parte della Associazione Nazionale Forense sull'opportunità della pubblicazione del giornale. Il 2 aprile 2019 Sansonetti lascia la direzione de Il Dubbio. Il 29 ottobre 2019 torna come direttore alla guida del rinato quotidiano Il Riformista

Nell'aprile 2023 lascia il ruolo di direttore de Il Riformista, venendo succeduto da Matteo Renzi per diventare il mese successivo direttore del rinato quotidiano l'Unità.

Pier Luigi Vercesi

"Journalist for Corriere della Sera, Documentary Filmmaker"

Pier Luigi Vercesi began his studies in 1979 at the University of Pavia, where he graduated in Economics and Business in March 1984 with a thesis on the economic development of West Africa. After graduation, he worked for a short period as an auditor at the American multinational accounting and consulting firm Arthur Andersen (now Accenture) and for a short period at UNIDO as a jpo in Kinshasa (Zaire).

Since 1982 he has been a professional journalist, registered with the Order of Journalists of Lombardy. In May 1989 he was called to Turin, to La Stampa, by the then director Gaetano Scardocchia, a newspaper where he would work until May 2000 holding various positions: foreign editorial staff, deputy head of economics, head of Italian news, culture correspondent then, in 1996, he founded, together with Paolo Pietroni, the weekly Specchio della Stampa, of which he would become co-director. In May 2000 he left La Stampa to found the first newspaper born directly on the Internet, Il Nuovo, of which he would become director until December 2002. In that year he began teaching Theory and techniques of journalistic language and then Theory and techniques of New Media at the Faculty of Letters of the University of Parma (he would leave teaching in 2010).

From 2004 to 2006 he was deputy director of the daily newspaper Il Tempo in Rome. From 2006 to the end of 2007 he was the director of the monthly Capital and then moved to the RCS MediaGroup. In RCS he directed the monthly I Viaggi del Sole, Casa Amica, from January 2010 to February 2012 he was co-director of the women's weekly of the Corriere della Sera Io Donna; from 2012 to March 2017 he directed Sette, the weekly of the Corsera. From 2017 to March 2023 he served as special correspondent for the newspaper in Via Solferino and then took on the role of chief reporter for Milan and Lombardy.
