Rome, February 19 – Now in its eighth year, the Business Care Award continues to spotlight excellence in leadership, innovation, and social responsibility. Since its founding in 2019, the Award has recognized individuals, institutions, and organizations whose daily commitment contributes to building a better world, guided by values such as ethics, culture, innovation, and a vision of business focused on the common good.
The 2026 edition also renews its commitment to strengthening economic and cultural ties between Italy and the United States.
Announcement of the Winners
The press conference announcing the 2026 award recipients will be held on February 19 at 5:30 PM, in the historic Central Hall of the Società Dante Alighieri at Palazzo Firenze (Piazza Firenze). The event is hosted courtesy of Secretary General Alessandro Masi, in a venue that perfectly reflects the spirit of the Award—a bridge between tradition and the future, culture and enterprise.
Dr. Massimo Veccia, President and founder of the Business Care Award, will welcome guests and members of the media, sharing the vision behind an initiative that continues to gain international recognition.
Five Italian Icons Lighting Up the World
Each year, five Italian icons stand out on the international stage for their success, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit. Active across diverse sectors, they are united by a shared commitment to excellence, quality, and passion.
From fashion and design setting global trends, to technological ingenuity and traditions transformed into innovation, these organizations represent Italian style worldwide. They serve as ambassadors of a country that blends beauty with pragmatism, talent with courage, and looks to the future with an authentic Italian spirit.
Ten Stories of Excellence
Ten award recipients will be honored this year, divided into two categories: Icon and Rising Star, the latter recognizing emerging talent and new energy shaping the future. The Award thus celebrates not only achievements already reached, but also the potential of those building tomorrow.
The program will also include two special mentions, acknowledging outstanding contributions deserving of distinctive recognition.
A Global Vision
The Business Care Award remains a reference point for those who believe in the power of exchange—cultural, economic, scientific, and social. It connects Europe, North America, Asia, and the rest of the world, promoting a vision of progress based on collaboration rather than competition as the key to addressing today’s global challenges.
