The tour continues… finally landing in the Big Apple.
Last Saturday at The Town Hall in New York, Steven and Debbie Machat and the Buena Vista Orchestra did what they do best: brought living Cuban music to the stage.
Son, bolero, pure energy.
Not a revival. A repertoire that keeps moving.
From the Buena Vista Social Club to the AfroCuban All Stars, from the bands of Celia Cruz, Omara Portuondo and Chucho Valdés… all the way to New York.
For us at the Business Care International Award, this is exactly the point: culture that travels, borders that open, traditions that stay alive.
And the journey doesn’t stop here.
